From the town of Helsingborg the 9 person strong Kung Kodum delivers their own fusion of reggae, rocksteady and dancehall. With a beat aimed for the feet and lyrics aimed at your head the band creates a fierce liveshow, and believe us when we say, there´s no such band as Kung Kodum on the livestage.
The band made their debut in the year of 2003 with their selfentitled EP which they followed up in the spring of 2005 with the critically acclaimed fullength album "Vik din egen krona, bli din egen kung", an album that made one of the largest musicmagazines in Sweden proclaim them as the King of the swedish reggaecourt. The 24:th of may the band will release their second album "Medicin som botar" that presents a new fresh sound from the band, containing everything from electro-reggae to spaghettiwestern-dub, dancehall and loversrock.
